Shell House's architecture and materials make it completely in harmony with the surrounding nature. Shell House is expected to complete construction in the spring of 2023.

The resort includes rooms for small families of 2 and large families of 4. The concept of Shell House was inspired by scallops, a mollusk very common in the Koblevo area, Mykolaiv, Ukraine.

It is known that Shell House is oriented to help visitors feel the purest energy source. At that time, they will be temporarily away from technology items and relax with nature.

Stepping into the space here, you will no longer see brick, concrete, and metal walls, but instead will be dishes made from wood, bamboo, straw... All of which prioritize the use of eco-friendly materials. environment.
